webInputType activating an Upload??How?

I m just getting to grips with the web interface side of jade and trying to use the texbox property webInputType= "F" for file upload.

I set this property and sure enough it places a browse button beside the textbox on the web page. I use the browse to locate a file and select it. It places the file name in the text box.

Question: How do I get it to upload the selected file to my web server .
What activates it to GO ???

The answer to my question is get the user to hit the REFRESH button on the browser...
However still need to action this in code so that the user doesnt need to do this any ideas???
Problem seems to be that you cant identify when the user has actually selected as a file.

This seems to be a problem when useing Personal Web Server as opposed to the full IIS, also means your graphics dont change unless you refresh

Appears this occurs when you use the cut down version of IIS ie Personal Web Server.
