Disappointed

Dear Jade,
I am working on a project using Jade as the core development language. As i am new to Jade, i encountered many problems. I emailed to Jade 2 weeks ago and there is no reply. I tried to post my questions in this forum, but i am not able to get the result i wanted. I am disappointed about the support service provided.
