where can i download the file vcredist_x86.exe ?

I suggest you ask Jade support via Parsys. I asked the exact same question yesterday and they provided me with a copy. It makes sense for this to be included in the 6.2 downloads on the Jade website.

You can download it from Microsoft. Go to the download pages (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Sear ... laylang=en ) and search for vcredist_x86. I believe that it is the SP1 version that Jade uses.
