Has anyone found how to use named destination fields in MSWord 2007 ?
We find that when saving our help documentation using :
1 the Save as PDF or XPS option - the hyperlinks and bookmarks work as expected but the named destination fields are not carried through to the pdf.
2 the Print to Adobe - the hyperlinks and bookmarks are not visible but the named destination fields are.
The above situations are true using Word 2007 with Adobe 6. Jade is aware of a problem with Adobe 7 (and higher). Some forums on the net suggest that Adobe 8.1 can handle the named destination fields, so we have tried downloading Adobe 9. That results in hyperlinks and bookmarks always working but named destinations never working in our pdf documents.
Has anyone had any better luck using Word 2007? Hopefully we are only missinfg a setting in either Adobe or Word, or do we need to revert to an older version of MSWord
