Topics become continuous

Has anybody noticed when you add a new topic or reply to one that sometimes the reply or new topic adds itself more than once, sometimes three times?

Could this be a JADE flaw?
Is Microsoft affecting all languages now?

Anybody know why?

Only seems to affect a small number of contributors. Perhaps something to do with their software/hardware configuration, or perhaps they do something differently.

Might be a Microsoft problem, but couldn't be Jade!

Its an occurrance thats rare but ive seen others its happened to.
I would think its a setting somewhere.
