Error = 3069 Please help!

I was doing a reorg when the system crashed. When I tried to open Jade again it comes with this error:

Jade Runtime Error
Error = 3069 : Recovery across a reorganization is not currently possible Database Open failed

I have played with different things but I haven’t been able restore the database, not even to start Jade at all. What can I do? I’m using Jade52

Please help!

Unfortunately, in this situation you will need to restore your database from backup. The jomreorg.log and jommsg.log may provide some clues as to what caused the crash, and you may want to report the problem to Jade Support.
