Yes it does!

Have a look at the Jade help file under the JadeDatabaseAdmin Class. The Jade Installation and Admin guide (in the Documentation folder under your Jade installation directory) has a section on backing up and restoring. There is also a white paper on the Jade web site called Developing a Backup Strategy which is found at http://news.jadeworld.com/downloads/wp_ ... rategy.pdf

Yes .... see the help for the JadeDatabaseAdmin class. Also, when logged on to the IDE's Administrator functions, there is a menu option Admin / Backup Database
