Has anybody got any experience/suggestions re receiving emails into a Jade system? Cardschema does the job of sending but not receiving.

I believe the JADE Call Agent product has the capability of receiving emails into JADE - but that's all I know. Either it does this through integration with Microsoft Outlook, or there is a class that implements a POP3 or IMAP protocol. I suspect you'd want the later - but integration with Outlook wouldn't be too hard - I'm sure there's a COM automation control that would do this.

As for the POP3 way, the protocol is probably fairly simple and freely available and documented on the Internet.
