What ever happened to subobjects?

Back in Jade 4 you used to be able to define a reference to an object (that wasn't a collection) as exclusive. Why was this feature removed, it was quite useful?

Does anybody else miss it?

JADE has never supported sub-objects other than slobs, blobs and exclusive collections. If there was somehow a way in JADE 4 to define a non-collection reference as exclusive (I don't know of one), then it would have been a bug. And it wouldn't have behaved like a sub-object at runtime.

Dean.

Sorry, must have been imagining things.

I sympathise Tim... I'm missing quite a few imagined features! :-)

Craig.
