We have a customer who requires all their documents that are stored within their Jade environment. I've enabled the document mappings and now when we the RPS extract hit's around 2TB the extract fails with "unexpected I\O error" Other than running two RPS nodes, one doing metadata and one doing the document extract, is there any other ways of extracting the documents?
I have spoken to Microsoft regarding the I\O error and they gave me a fix to update the NTFS driver on the server. I have installed the driver on the server but I've not re-run the extract as the customer needed the test environment rolling back so we could test a pre production upgrade.
Any advice on the document extract or another way of getting the documents out would be appreciated.
