Rose-Jade Link

Is the Rose-Jade Link add-in included with the free edition of Jade or must it be purchased?

The whitepaper is unclear as to where one can get the Add In:

If you choose the Custom option when running the Jade InstallShield, then you can scroll down and select the Rose-JADE AddIn Files option.

I believe you need to be running this insallation on a machine which already has Rose installed for the Tools -> JADE menu to be available in Rose.
