Remove ActiveX library

Hi All,
I have problem removing ActiveX library from Jade Schema using ActiveX Browser. The error messag I am getting is like this. I have checked the library exists and I can call methods from the library as well but does not allow me remove it
Any help would be appriciated Thanks.
