Has anyone who can share some code with me done this sort of thing??

I need to dial up a telco's TAP server to send pager messages.

We use A product called JungleDrum to do SMS paging to Vodafone from jade by creating
a plain text file with tags in it. It will work with telecom as well I believe.

Jungledrum can be set up to dial up a tap server or directly through IP.
