Jade 6.2.14 Multiple Language Tool Package

Hi:
After Installing Jade 6.2.14.
Import Schema from Jade 6.1.11 into Jade 6.2.14.

My System is Multi Language System.
When we launch the application, JADE6.2.14 always prompt the message -- "Sorry! You have not installed the multiple language tool package". We can not use multiple language.

How to avoid the message ?
How to install the multiple language tool package ?
