New JADE Server installation

We are in the process of implementing a JADE Server and looking for configuration or best practice recommendations for building a Database Server. The Server available is a HP ML350, Dual 3GHz Processor with 2GB Ram and 6 x 72.8GB SCSI Drives running W2K Server. The JADE Environmental Considerations Deployment Guide suggest a RAID 1 configuration, however is vague on any other suggestions. My first thought was to configure the Server with RAID 1 + 1 Hot Spare. C:\ partition 20GB and remaining space available on the D:\ (Data partion). We will be running multiple JADE databases (1-3). The Server will only house JADE / Greentree databases.

Does anyone have any suggestions, case studies, or recommendations on best practice Server Configurations/Installation?
Many Thanks for any suggestions in advance.
