Which Web App Monitor?

I'm running a bunch of Jade web apps on a single server which means I have a bunch of windows (one per web monitor) and no idea which one is serving which web app. Any ideas?

Assuming these apps are under your control, you could put a Help>About type function in. If you have a Jetted system, look in HelpAboutForm::load for an example. It shows host name, database name, app name, patch level etc.
