Bug in Jade 6.0.17

Hi,

I have loaded a picture into a picture control. The width of the picture is greater than it's height. When I call picture.pictureWidth() it gives me the pictures height, and when I call picture.pictureHeight() it gives me the pictures width.

Obviously, those functions perform the opposite of what they are supposed to. Can anybody confirm this please?

Thanks!

A Known Issue search on 'width' is suggestive that #31965 might apply if your source picture is a jpg:

"For thin client performance purposes, the width and height of images is determined by the application server in Jade 6. Unfortunately for JPEG images, the width and height were being swapped causing this problem."

Hope that helps,
Pat.

Here's a couple more for 6.0.17 under RedHat Linux.

Installer fails when it doesn't cut the group from ls -l properly: Change cut -f 8 to -f 6 to fix, in rte.pre_i.

Old version of the Thin Client apparently gets installed, so automagic thin client download doesn't work: Do one manual install from the supplied exe, and then copy the required files over to the server.

They're probably issues known to Jade, but if any other Linux folks are trying to develop on the free version it's handy to know why things aren't working...

Of course, now that I've posted that, it appears that the 6.0.16->6.0.17 upgrade process didn't upgrade those files. A quick check shows that the correct versions are indeed packaged in jadethinclient.tar.gz...
