Interface for multi-tabbed pages in Painter

Good arvo,
Does anyone else find the interface for defining multi-tabbed pages in the Painter quirky to say the least ???

If you have a new form you have to click the folder icon on the Painter toolbar and it draws a two page tabbed folder arrangement.

You would assume that an intuitive interface would facilitate a property to specify the number of tabbed pages if you want to increase from the default of two ??

Alas, in JADE my experience tells me that you have to click on a separate Sheet icon and then drag from the top of the folder and draw out a little box and then lo and behold a new sheet is added to the folder.

Once you get the hang of it it's OK but it seems to be an unnecessary tripup for new players.

Could my suggestion from paragraph 3 possibly be a go-er ???????????????????

All you have to do to add new sheets to a folder is drop one on the tab part of the folder control. You don't have to bother drawing the outline box of where to drop it.

I know this message is old but I'll reply to it anyway...

The problem with this is when you have set the tabHeight of the folder
to -1. Adding extra sheets is a pain because you first have to set the tabHeight property of the folder to a bigger number (so you can
actually see the tab).

Having a property on the folder called "numberOfSheets" makes more
sense to me.
