My real estate agents use laptops to move around and show properties on the laptop to possible clients. Is there an easy way to update the information in Jade on all the laptops simultaneously from a central source. I'm not presently using the website function as I am in a rural area in South Africa and internet is not always availalble. I therefore need another workable system.

If you only have intermittent network connectivity between your laptops and your main system, you may be able to use the Jade Replication Framework to implement replication of the required data to/from the laptops. Please refer to the Jade Replication Framework User Guide (Replication.pdf) for further details on this feature.

Note: There is some developer effort required to implement the necessary callbacks etc to utilise the Jade Replication Framework.
