With the following information:

- Your first name and surname

- The name of the owner of the Compact JADE License (a company name or personal name)

- The name you'd like on the Compact JADE License (can be any name - a company name, personal name, application name, etc)

- The email address you'd like the license sent to

And we'll be happy to send you a Compact JADE License.
