Dial-up to an ISP - how to dial out

I want my schema to dial the clients (dial-up) ISP so that emails can be sent.

I'll save them in a batch for twice a day sending.

I know how to use _ShellExecute to launch Outlook and send an email.

But how can I command the dialer?

I'd be grateful.

Can't you configure Outlook to autmatically dial when it comes up and log off when it finishes sending?
