Mini-toolbars in the class browser

While we're discussing improving the class browser's UI, how about little mini-toolbars in each of the panes (Class, Properties, Methods).
For example, above the Properties pane, you'd have a toolbar with little buttons for "Add Attribute", "Add Reference", "Change", "Delete", "References".
Above the Methods pane, you'd have a toolbar with little buttons for "New JADE Method", "New External Method", "Delete", "References" etc.
The toolbars should be customisable, ie. add your favourite buttons for the most common actions.
One of the frustrations at the moment is that to add a new method, one either has to use the menu bar, or right click, then scroll down to the Add Jade Method and click again. This is slow.
