Wynyard is looking for an experienced JADE developer

Wynyard is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic JADE developer to join our Investigations development team, to help take our products to the global market. Proven experience, strong OO design and development skills, self-motivation and ownership of your work are key qualities. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just write great code, but who writes great code with customer objectives and the big picture in mind, and has the potential to quickly assume a technical leadership role in the team.

With this in mind, you will have 5+ years of JADE software development experience in significant commercial projects. You relish working with dedicated developers on highly iterative projects, and can adapt your pace and style to get things done. You know the difference between performance and scalability. Highly configurable data models underpin most of what Wynyard does, so if you’ve worked with meta data models before, or love writing code against the JADE meta schema, then you’ll feel right at home.

Experience with .NET server-side development, SQL Server, Silverlight and/or web development is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement.

Ideally this a Christchurch-based role, but we’ll happily consider Auckland and Wellington placements for the ideal person.
