Monitoring Thin Client Performance

Has anyone tried to monitor the round trip performance of the thin client? I've had a look at the thin client trace output but it doesn't look easy to match up the start and end of the messages to produce statistics on the average round trip time. There appear to be more "Send End" entries than "Send" entries for example.

Thanks

Torrie

If you're using JADE 6.0.18 or later, JADECare Start 3.0 (CardSchema) provides a way to do this, using the process statistics captured via JADE's node sampling feature. For transactions that have been instrumented using ::cnStartTransaction/cnEndTransaction, CardSchema produces statistics for each transaction (e.g. a btnOK_click method) in a CSV file. Statistics include number of messages in each direction, size of messages, and timings (CPU and elapsed). See the CardSchema release notes and user guide for more information.

You can download JADECare Start by starting at http://www.jadeworld.com/JadeCare/jadec ... ersion.htm
