Wayne,

tiff (tagged image file format) is a format for graphical images, whereas html and ps are document formats (containing formatted text and other objects, including grapical images). The formats are not compatible, and therefore not convertable.

Perhaps you can you expand on what you are trying to acheive.

You may be interested in SnagIt, available for a small fee (trial is free) from http://www.techsmith.com. This allows you (amongst other things) to save screen-captured content (could be html or ps) in various image formats, including tiff.

Hello,

To get Postscript from HTML I'd presume you could find a PostScript printer driver that lets you store the PostScript it generates in a file. If you can find somethng that does this then you should be able to get your browser to print the html page to the appropriate printer device and capture the PostScript. I tinkered with something like this for converting RTF to PDF via a PostScript print device. There are Adobe products that do this kind of thing. Adobe produce add ons for MickeySoft Word so presumably you could use a late version Word to view an HTML document and then do the Adobe print thing to do what you want.

Hope this makes sense,

Good luck,

Assuming you mean you want to save off an image from a browser displaying an html file in tiff format, do an Alt+PrintScreen from your browser, then Edit>Paste As New Image into Microsoft Photo Editor (comes with Word 97). Then save as tiff.
