RPS - A memory allocation request failed

Postby Michael.Duraj » Tue Jul 11, 2017 4:01 pm

Secondary SDS system is having issues processing a large .log file (3.1 GB) typically log files are only 12MB in size. Something occurs on the Primary system that pushes this large log file to the Secondary system which then Halts SDS/RPS with the error below;

The client is using RPS with a .\System folder running at 528GB, so re-creating the RPS database will span multiple days.

Any ini file changes I make here? and thoughts appreciated?

Assuming you have a valid Jade Support agreement in place, I'd report this directly to Jade Support for their assistance/guidance.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
BeeJay.
