Hello,
Please let know what to do! Im trying to install Jade 6.3.05 Unicode version on my laptop. It was working before, but with a different version. Now when Im trying to install this one - it doesn't work. I've tried to install it on my other laptop and it came up with the same error. I chose to install fresh version and just re-newed the key for free development license.
Please help.

Downloaded Customizable Deployment Uprade (Win 64 Unicode) and that isn't working too!
Can I download an installable version of JIT debugger - it seems thats the part that is problematic to install "JIT debugger installation failed with error 193"
I tried to delete JADE registry key from regedit, and delete the whole folder and try again and re-starting my computer, but nothing helps!

Right, apparently it has something to do with the registry key. However, I checked my computer for viruses, I scanned with Reg-repair program and fixed the errors that it showed. Didn't fix the problem. I can install all the other programs fine, but Jade. As soon as it tries to put the registry key in - which it does, I can see it in regedit. But then it throws heaps of 193 errors at me. I just have no clue of how to fix it.

Hello Widunder,

I haven't seen this error reported before. Can you please email the following information to jadesupport@jadeworld.com:

- The version of Windows you're using
- Is the operating system 32 or 64-bit?
- The version of JADE you're trying to install
- A screen shot of the 193 error you're seeing
- A copy of the JADE licence key you're using

We will review the problem and endeavour to get JADE working for you.

Thank you,

Hi, just tried to install it again and it worked! I don't know what happened, but it works all fine now.
Thanks.
