JADE install raises -5009 : 0x80070006 error

On some environments the InstallShield package may encounter the following error when run:
  • Image
To work around this create a Windows shortcut to the installer and specify the '-wait' argument, e.g.
  • Target: C:\Temp\JADEwin32Ansi.exe -wait
The installer will execute successfully when launched via the shortcut.
