I'm having a problem - when I run the InstallShield install file, nothing happens. On inspection of loaded processes, I see two processes loaded, but no screens appear. It doesn't appear to get to unpacking the .EXE so I can't grab the separate files and install that way.
Anyone seen or heard of this? - what solution was found please?

Yes - unfortunately, my home network has two computers but both are Win2000 so that solution doesn't work.
The previous update worked fine.
It must be the InstallShield wrapper that's fouling things up.
Perhaps Jade could allow a download of a ZIP file with the other files outside of the InstallShield wrapper, then people like me could avoid the problem.
I thought of grabbing the files from a temp folder after they'd been unpacked but before they were run, but it doesn't even get that far unfortunately.

A work around we've successfully tested here is to make a shortcut to the InstallShield .exe file. In the command line for this shortcut add a /debug parameter. Running the shortcut should then launch the InstallShield installer.
