As part of our ongoing JADE research and development, we are investigating various build options for the product.
For your applications, it would be very helpful for us to know the following information. Please consider *all* types of system (eg: production, development, test, demonstration, etc):
1. The minimum CPU level on which you or your customers run JADE components *other than* the JADE Thin Client. This includes the Database Server, Thin Client Application Servers, Web Application Servers, Web Service Application Servers, Standard (ie: "Fat") Clients, and Background Servers (ie: Nodes hosting Non-GUI or GUI-No-Forms applications). We are particularly interested to know if you run any of these components on anything less than a Pentium 3 (or equivalent) CPU.
2. The minimum CPU level on which you or your customers run the JADE Thin Client. We are particularly interested to know if you run the JADE Thin Client on anything less than a Pentium 2 (or equivalent) CPU.
