Classes in Use

Does anyone know how Jade gets the list of classes in use?

We are developing in a multi user environment and I'll like to write some code that tells me when everyone has finished using a class so I can then modify it. I can't see any classes of methods give this information.

Perhaps the Classes in Use Browser should have a Notify when Not in Use button?

Hi Torrie,
It's possible that Jade is looking at the lock collections. There are ways of accessing those, but I thnik that is only on a node by node basis. Perhaps it is for the server node, in which case you could write a serverExecution method see what objects have been locked.

Just an idea,
Allistar.

Allistar

I've just looked at the locks collection and there is hardly anything in there compared to the list of classes is use. In fact the locks collections were empty but there were lots of other classes is use.

Torrie, this looks like a pretty sad way to spend Friday night. Perhaps you need self.getALife():Life;

Hi Torrie

I sent a response to this thread to your stated email address - is it correct?
