Hi,
Reading through the Installation & Admin Guide, chapter JADE on Unix Servers, it says ODBC, printing and web servers (and others) can not be run on Unix.
I was wanted to find out if this is still the case - Thin Client servers are now supported according to the latest release notes, but nothing about web servers, so I assume they still aren't supported.
If that is still the case - is that refering to if the web node is running on an RS6000, or would it work with the database and jadrap on the RS6000 and the web apps started via a fat client on an NT platform?
Similarly with printing and ODBC - would they work from a fat client on a windows platform, or do none of the above work at all, if the database is on a Unix platform, regardless of what platform the clients are running on?
Thanks
