Such a Rational Rose (oiy) or TogetherSoft, or as I found a great inexpensive one called UML Studio by Pragsoft.com?

We use Rational Rose extensively but I have used some or the cheaper varieties and found them to be just as good in some areas.

The problem I've found with most of them is that they are designed to model C++ or COM objects. A lot of the constructs you're forced to deal with have little to do with Jade. (implementation model/packages/interfaces etc).

I tend to stick to a subset of OMT or UML with whatever tool I'm using. These days thats frequently Visio (which is now a lot less flakey than it used to be)
