Could anyone give me some advice on how to put an attribute instance from a class into a comboBox ?

so far I have been populating my comboBoxes with the addItem function
ex.
comboFrom.addItem("");

but I don't know how to show an attribute instance in the comboBox.

We all (students )got the same version from our teacher at tech so I didn't get to choose which one would have been most appropriate for my system.

Every now and then usually after I compile or reorg Jade stops working and a pop up box says "Jade runtime has stopped working" and closes the program all together.
Does anyone know how to stop this from happening as it is time consuming and annoying to reopen jade all the time ?
